Thank you, Seb.

I cannot express the impact Sebastian has had on my life. Whether it was my career or personal life goals, he never missed an opportunity to encourage and inspire me to do my best and always believed in me more than I ever believed in myself. He is the reason I worked so hard to always be learning and do my best to make my life something to be proud of. Seb, your energy and passion are something I’ve missed since I left Triscari. You will be greatly missed but always and forever remembered as pivotal part of my life. -Jill

To the man who gave me my first job out of college in 2019, I have to say thank you for your small nuggets of wisdom and your rememberable phrases that made me think deeper, work harder, and laugh. In the six years I had known you, I have never met a man with a more intense work ethic. Thank you for your interest and encouragement in my work as an aspiring filmmaker and for being a living example of a visionary who followed their dreams. I will certainly continue to think deeper, work harder, and laugh when I remember the man you were on this side of life.

Sebastian was more than just a leader; he was a creative force who inspired innovation in everyone around him. His unique approach to problem-solving and unwavering passion for his craft left an indelible mark on our hearts and minds.

I was only 20 when I first walked into Triscari (totally unannounced) back in 2008. Sebastian greeted me, took the time to watch my reel, then he politely sent me on my way. Before I could even reach my car, I heard him call out "Hey, wait a second!"... and moments later, he offered me an internship that turned into a real job three weeks later.

The reason I tell that story is because it's the moment that changed everything for me, and I owe it to Sebastian's willingness to give me my start when no one else would. He saw potential in everyone and made space for them to grow. He brought this wild, one-of-a-kind creative energy to Central PA — and so many of us thrived because of it. I'll always remember how excited he was for the Triscari parking lot BBQs on sunny Friday afternoons, and the feeling that we were all building something together. I genuinely owe a lot to him — and I’ll always be grateful for the impact Sebastian and the Triscari crew had on my life and trajectory.

Sebastian’s zeal for building up the potential of those around him has tremendously blessed our family. I’m forever grateful that he spotted my husband, Chris, at a career fair 16 years ago, that he joined us in celebrating our wedding, and that he has cheered us on ever since. We are praying for Sebastian’s loved ones as they remember him and celebrate his profound legacy of kindness, love, and leadership.

Thank you, Seb. For giving me a chance right out of college. Letting me grow in and then out of my position at the front desk...and giving me opportunities as a writer and producer. Thank you (to you and Jacqlyn) for accepting my lack of experience and giving me opportunities to learn about business in real time. You put a lot of faith in me when you didn't have to. And you showed me the power of optimism and perseverence. I didn't realize what an opportunity I had at Triscari until I worked other places and recognized the important moments in my first job. Thank you for expecting the best of me. You had an unmatched energy and enthusiasm. And you offered kind words to me even while you were in the hospital. That's something. It really is. Thank you for everything, Seb.

Sebastian gave me the life-changing opportunity to work at Triscari, seeing potential in me when others may have overlooked it. After my first interview, he simply said, “He’s perfect,” a moment that solidified my place at the company and changed the course of my life. I’ll always be deeply grateful for his belief in me and the foundation it gave me to grow. His passing is heartbreaking — he wasn’t just a business owner, but a kind and perceptive leader who genuinely cared for those around him. His legacy lives on in the many lives he touched, and I’m honored to be one of them.

It was such an honor to have known Sebastian — such a creative, passionate, positive, and successful person, who was an inspiration in so many ways. I’m forever grateful to him for hiring me as an intern six years ago and making me feel like part of a family from the very start. He always made sure I was happy, always had a smile and wise words to share. His passion and positivity were contagious, and the impact he made will stay with me forever.

When we were introduced to each other 16 years ago...I could never have imagined the journey we would go on. We had the same mentor in Michael Gleim and I worked my way up to CEO two years ago. He put a lot of trust in me and I in him. I made a promise to carry forward when the time came and that is my intention. Seb and i were a bit of ying and yang and it worked. I have learned so much about video production and business and just being a good community steward from him.

Whether it be a clever saying, a nugget of knowledge or a helping hand ...He was always there. He admired my work ethic and I did his as well. He always told me since starting the company, he never worked a day in his life. Its how it is when you are doing what you love. I agree whole heartedly. We got this big guy. Enjoy being pain free and your time now with Jacqlyn, Mike, Cathy, your Dad and so on. You got that big promotion you always mentioned.

We have an amazing team and we got this.

Sebastian was always willing to give a guy a shot and that's what he did for me early in my career. Kind and caring, he gave me the shot I needed to grow. I'll never forget it.

I am forever grateful to Sebastian Triscari for giving me my first real opportunity, an internship that grew into a ten-year profession and laid the foundation for a career that has shaped so much of who I am today. Sebastian and Jacqlyn taught me to think creatively, to lead and manage people as individuals, and to believe in creativity and learning as lifelong passions.

Through him, I met some of the most talented and inspiring people, relationships that have become friendships for life. No matter how much time passed, Sebastian always welcomed me back to Triscari like family, with the same warmth and encouragement he offered from the very beginning. He inspired so much of who I am today.

Thank you, Sebastian, for the opportunities, the lessons, the friendships, and the unwavering support. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Sebastian, you were always so incredibly supportive of me and always so complementary of my talents, which brought me so much confidence to move forward as a young person out of college. Its now been 16 years since that time and I am eternally grateful for you, your kindness, and your generosity.

Enjoy building a production with the angels my friend.

1% better every day… doing something everyday (even if it’s simple) to improve yourself - or your business or your home or a relationship - by choosing to get 1% better, you will make huge improvements as these improvements compound over time.

Another life lesson that Sebastian taught me was during Daylight Savings… he taught me to use the “extra” hour for something positive/productive. That will always stick with me!! Most people will take advantage of an extra hour of sleep… but it’s a time to be productive 💪🏼

Thanks for making this world a better place, Sebastian. Enjoy being reunited with your loved ones in heaven ❤️

Sebastian. A legend. You hired me 7 years ago after I retired from Harrisburg Magazine as “ you believed in me.” And now, you brought me out of retirement I continue to work full time as I want to carry on the legacy with a phenomenal staff. Our private talks I shall always cherish. Thank you. Rest well.

Words can not express the gratitude I have for Sebastian. 16 years ago, he took a chance on me and gave me the opportunity to be part of his team which turned into 15 years of amazing memories, tremendous growth, and many lifelong friendships. Sebastian was a visionary, a dreamer, and one of the most creative men I ever knew. He was contagiously positive and an amazing problem solver, and always had a way of turning any problem into a possibility.
Sebastian, thank you for more than you will ever know. You will be so greatly missed, but your legacy will live on through the countless lives you have impacted. I am blessed to have known you, and I won't let all of the life lessons you taught me go to waste!

I owe Sebastian my thanks to providing me my first real job out of college in 2016, and his encouragement boosted me into a larger career I never expected to work out. He was clever, persistent, and made sure we would always rise above any challenges that came our way. We painted stories through the lens of the camera, and celebrated success through the eyes of our audiences. To this day I still quote many of his wise words, and without him I don't think I'd be the same man I am today. Triscari will always be my hometown heart, and It's all thanks to him.

Until next time, Sebastian. I'll make sure the studio is ready when I see you again.
